Refund policy

Returns

If you have an issue with your order you have 7 days from delivery of product to contact us if you would like to return an item. Once return is approved, products being returned must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage and a 5% restocking fee. (Exceptions to restocking fee and return shipping are if product arrives damaged or incorrect on our part.) 

Custom made items are not eligible for returns due to their customized nature. If you have an issue with a custom item please contact us and we will handle each case individually. 

We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and become a return customer. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Products approved for return will be refunded within 7 business days from when we receive the product back.   Product will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
